The Money Helper service provides free, confidential and impartial help tailored to individual needs.

Paddock Wood Community Advice Centre

PWCAC provides a free, confidential, and impartial advice service.  They can give advice and support on debt and money, employment, housing and homelessness, mental health support and welfare benefits matters.

Opening hours: Open Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 1:30pm and offer face-to-face appointments as well as a drop-in service.

Citizens Advice North and West Kent

Tunbridge Wells and District Citizens Advice has merged with Citizens Advice in North and West Kent (also known as CANWK). CANWK are an independent charity and part of the Citizens Advice network across England and Wales.

The charity provides free, independent, confidential and impartial advice on a range of everyday issues to people across North and West Kent (Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, Swanley, Dartford and Gravesham). Specialist advice areas include debt, housing, employment and immigration advice.

How to get advice and support

  • Call the freephone Adviceline on 0808 278 7810 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm).
  • Visit your local Citizens Advice office or Outreach during the below opening hours to access Meet and Greet support.
  • Make a video call via the Kent Advice Hub video kiosk at your local Citizens Advice office.
  • Access online self-help advice via the website.

The Meet and Greet team are not advisers and cannot give advice. They are there to support people to access our advice services in a way that they are comfortable with.

Citizens Advice North and West Kent website

Kent Advice Hub

The Kent Advice Hub is a free and confidential video advice service ran by Citizens Advice charities in Kent for Kent residents. Advice and support are given on a range of issues, including energy, benefits, money and debt, housing, consumer rights, immigration issues, plus more.

You can access the service by making a video call at your local Kent Advice Hub video kiosk located at 8th Floor, Royal Victoria Place, Calverley Road, Tunbridge Wells, TN1 2SS. It is available from Monday to Thursday between 10am to 2pm.

Alternatively, you can make a video call from home using your own digital device by visiting Kent Advice Hub website. The service operates between Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
