Crisis and Resilience Fund
The Crisis and Resilience Fund (CRF) is a new scheme from the UK Government and administered by Kent Count Council (KCC). It replaces the Household Support Fund, which ended in March 2026.
KCC will ensure all areas of funding are covered, including having a county wide crisis scheme. Tunbridge Wells Borough Council must deliver at least one of the criteria detailed below:
- Crisis Payment: Providing support to those in crisis.
- Housing Payment: Providing financial support towards housing needs, to those who face a shortfall in meeting their housing costs.
- Resilience Services: Funding for services delivered by Authorities or external providers to improve financial resilience.
- Community Coordination: Investment in activities that connect and enhance the local support landscape.
We are currently finalising arrangements for local delivery of the Crisis and Resilience Fund, and will publish the details on this website by Autumn 2026.
