Appeal a penalty charge notice

You can appeal a penalty charge notice (PCN) if you think it has been issued incorrectly.

Please note:

• you have 14 (or 21 days for a CCTV parking PCN received through the post) days to pay your PCN with a 50% discount, or 28 days to pay your PCN in full
• if you pay your PCN, you will lose your right to appeal
