Bus Gate/Lane

From 1 October 2025, Kent County Council commenced management of bus lane enforcement in Tunbridge Wells.

• Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) issued before 1 October will continue to be managed by Tunbridge Wells Borough Council.
• PCNs issued on or after 1 October will be managed by Kent County Council.
