The kind of place we are.

Our place of work

People here care about the borough in a way that goes beyond the job description.

There’s pride in keeping things running, in helping residents feel supported, and in seeing the town and its communities flourish. That shared pride shows up in the small things as much as the big ones.

You’ll find people who:

  • speak plainly and honestly, rather than hiding behind jargon
  • care about getting things done for residents, not just “doing their job”
  • value collaboration over hierarchy – good ideas can come from anywhere
  • are open about the challenges, and willing to work together to solve them

We’re not perfect. There are days when it’s busy and challenging.

We’re committed to learning and making this a place where people can do good work and feel good about doing it.
