Tunbridge Wells Landlord Incentive Scheme
Calling all Landlords!
Our new Landlord Incentive Scheme provides both a cash incentive for landlords as well as support from our dedicated team every step of the way.
Our Landlord Incentive Scheme will provide a cash payment in exchange for the offer of a property for a homeless household we are supporting.
We offer:
- Cash Incentive for the landlord
- Rent in advance
- Cash deposits for 5 week’s rent or a Council-backed deposit bond worth up to 8 week’s rent.
- Suitable tenants who are ready to move in so there’s no advertising or letting fees, saving you time and money
- Assistance with setting up a tenancy
- Ongoing support and advice from our dedicated and experienced private rental officers throughout the tenancy
What we require from you:
- Property available to rent for a minimum term of 12 months, at a rental figure to be agreed
- Your property must be in good condition and meet the current standards. One of our Private Rented Sector Officers will carry out a property visit with you to check the suitability.
- Your property must pass all health and safety and legislative requirements (to include a gas safety certificate, Energy Performance Certificate and so on)
- Registration with our Landlord Incentive Scheme (a quick process: complete the form below)
