The lift at Torrington car park, Royal Tunbridge Wells is currently unable to access Level 4, we apologise for any inconvenience this causes. Engineers have been called out and it will be repaired as quickly as possible but we do not have a timeframe. There is normal service via lift between Ground and Level 3.
