RADAR keys
Doors to some accessible public toilets are kept locked and need a RADAR key to open them. There will usually be a notice on the door telling you where a key is kept, but it is easier to carry your own key.
RADAR keys are available from Disability Rights UK.
Changing Places toilet
The Gateway in Tunbridge Wells has a Changing Places toilet room. The room is wheelchair accessible and includes:
- height adjustable, adult sized, wall mounted bench
- ceiling mounted hoist
- peninsular toilet
- height adjustable washbasin
The Changing Places toilet room is available for use Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
