RADAR keys
Doors to some accessible public toilets are kept locked and need a RADAR key to open them. There will usually be a notice on the door telling you where a key is kept, but it is easier to carry your own key.

Changing Places toilets
Changing Places toilets are designed for use by disabled people who need specialised facilities. They are larger accessible toilets with equipment such as hoists, curtains, adult-sized changing benches, and space for carers.
Changing Places toilets are available in:

Available for use Monday to Saturday 9am to 6pm, Sunday 10:30am to 4:30pm.

Royal Victoria Place in Tunbridge Wells has a Changing Places toilet room. The room is wheelchair accessible and includes:
- height adjustable, adult sized, wall mounted bench
- ceiling mounted hoist
- peninsular toilet
- height adjustable washbasin
The Changing Places toilet room is available for use Monday to Saturday 9am to 6pm, Sunday 10:30am to 4:30pm.
