About the Awards

The Love Where We Live Awards celebrate the people who make the borough of Tunbridge Wells a great place to live and work. They recognise the individuals, groups, businesses, and organisations who are dedicated to helping others in the community, benefiting the environment, or accomplishing personal goals.

There are various categories open for nomination:  Community Group of the Year, Charity of the Year, Sportsperson/Team of the Year, Green Business, Volunteer of the Year, Green Household, Good Neighbour.

For younger members of the community, we have the Young Sports Achiever of the Year award for those 16 and under, and Young Volunteer of the Year award for those aged 24 and under. The winner of the tenth award, the Love Where We Live Award, is chosen by a panel of judges as an overall winner from the other nine categories.
