Reporting our developer contributions

All local planning authorities are required by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) to publish their developer contributions data on a regular basis and in an agreed format.

Section 106 (S106) contributions are any financial or non-financial developer contributions agreed in legal agreements to mitigate the impact of a development. We report on the status of our S106 contributions annually.

Developer contribution data 2023/24

• See developer agreements, which secure contributions from a development for infrastructure
• See developer agreement contributions, which are obligations or sums assigned to a particular purpose in an agreement
• See developer agreement transactions, which are other obligations which have changed status, for example, money has been received
