Parking charges are being introduced on 16 October 2023 at Dunorlan Park’s Halls Hole Road and Pembury Road car parks.

Yes, there are two marked Blue Badge spaces in each of the car parks, which are reserved for Blue Badge Holders only, but drivers displaying a Blue Badge can park free of charge in any space.
To make the scheme viable, it was not possible to have a free period of parking.
Each of the car parks will have a solar-powered payment machine which will take card payments. You can also pay by using the RingGo app. There is no cost to you or the Council for payments made using RingGo.
In line with all TWBC-run car parks, our machines do not accept cash because of the additional expense to the Council of handling cash transactions.
No, parks are not a statutory service. However, TWBC considers it very important to provide well-maintained green spaces for all and we are very proud of our award-winning parks.
