Calverley Grounds

Located in the town centre, this popular and historic park has attractive lawns and ornamental gardens, including an Italianate garden and welcoming café that is open 9am-5pm, seven days a week.

Calverley Grounds has the following facilities:

• toilets located near the Mount Pleasant Road entrance
• car parks nearby at Crescent Road and Great Hall Arcade
• three tennis courts
• two netball courts
• one basketball court
• three croquet lawns
• café
• adventure play area

We do not charge for use of the tennis courts but if a tennis school is running please contact the parks team to book.
