Go Card Terms and Conditions

  1. Bookings and discounts vary at each participating partner, please contact the partner directly if you wish to make a booking or have any queries.
  2. Tickets for events will not be sent out in advance, your GO Card must be produced in order to receive your tickets at the partner and without the GO Card, normal charges will apply. All tickets and events are subject to availability.
  3. GO Card is only available to people living in the Borough of Tunbridge Wells.
  4. Only the named card holder (and children for whom you are the parent or legal guardian) may receive the discounts that the participating partner offers.
  5. The GO Card is not transferrable, nor does it hold any monetary or cash value.
  6. Only one GO Card will be issued per person.
  7. If a cardholder changes any personal details such as name, address etc; you will be issued with a new GO Card. Documentation will need to be provided as proof of change of details and continued proof of eligibility. Please contact info@gotunbridgewells.co.uk to inform us of any changes.
  8. Each participating partner will include its own terms and conditions which must be observed and adhered to at all times. For any queries, please contact the participating partner directly.
  9. GO membership offers and discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount unless explicitly stated.
  10. Providing incorrect information  with the intent of defrauding Tunbridge Wells Borough Council will result in appropriate action being taken.
  11. Tunbridge Wells Borough Council reserves the right to withdraw the GO Card at any time.
  12. Participating partners reserve the right to withdraw from the GO Card scheme and cease the provision of any benefits at any time.
  13. The GO Card may not be used as “Proof of Age”
  14. Once you have submitted your application online, and accepted the Terms and Conditions, you will be notified within approximately 2 weeks if your application has been successful. (During peak times, this may be extended to 4 weeks)
  15. Your GO Card is not automatically renewed. It is the responsibility of the card holder to complete a new, updated online application before it expires.
  16. You must be aged 16+ to apply for a go card.
  17. All information submitted as part of the GO Card application will be stored in line with the Tunbridge Wells Borough Council Data Protection Policy and Privacy Policy which can be found on the Tunbridge Wells Borough Council website.
