Landscape Sensitivity Assessment
This study provides an assessment of the extent to which the character and quality of the landscape is susceptible to change as a result of development. It will be used to inform the new Local Plan and will assist in future development management decisions. It should be consulted by those undertaking landscape assessments for potential planning applications that fall within the study area.
