This page provides access to the local plan data in comma separate variable (CSV) format. The data is provided under the Gov.uk: Open Government Licence.

Local plan data

The Planning Data (England) Regulations 2026 set out that councils must follow an approved data standard to publish their plan timetable and housing requirement.

To meet the timetable requirement, we are required to publish both our local plan dataset and plan timetable dataset. Our housing requirement is included in our local plan dataset.

Our local plan dataset includes details on:

  • the Tunbridge Wells Borough Local Plan Adopted 2025
  • the emerging Tunbridge Wells Borough Local Plan Review 2029
  • the Kent Minerals and Waste Local Plan 2024
  • the Kent Minerals Site Plan
