Site inspections can be booked with 24 working hours notice. You will have received a site inspection schedule on validation of your application.

About site inspections:

For most projects, we’ll need to visit the site at a few key stages to check work complies with the building regulations.
Please make sure you (or your contractor) get in touch with us to book these inspections when they're needed.
If we don’t carry out an inspection at the right time, it may cause delays or mean some work needs to be opened up again - so it’s always best to check in with us before moving ahead.
We can't guarantee an exact appointment time, but you’re welcome to request morning or afternoon and we’ll do our best to make it work.
If there’s ever a time we can’t meet your request, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.
