You can use the Planning Portal to help you calculate the fee for a planning application.
Please note that a separate application and fee may be required under the building regulations in addition to the fee for a planning application.
Pay your planning fees online
If you have sent your application to us through any method other than via www.planningportal.co.uk you will need to process a payment directly.
You can make payments securely through our online payments site.
Before you start
To make a payment online you will need:
- a debit or credit card (Visa and Mastercard only)
- the first line of the site address
- your planning application reference number
- Planning Portal references begin with a PP then have eight digits
- Tunbridge Wells references appear as 20/xxxxx/xxxx where 20 is the year
- alternatively enter N/A if you have neither of these application references
