Cancel your season ticket
Use this service to cancel a car park season ticket.
Before you start
- Refunds are available for whole months remaining only
- Credit or debit cards are refunded back to the original card
- Refunds are not available for Direct Debit customers
- If you cancel your virtual permit before the 12-month term is completed, your £50 administration fee will be retained by Tunbridge Wells Borough Council
