Notice of intention to publish the Tunbridge Wells Borough Council Licensing Policy Statement made under the Gambling Act 2005.

Tunbridge Wells Borough Council, being the Licensing Authority under the above-mentioned Act, hereby gives notice that it is their intention to publish the Tunbridge Wells Borough Council Statement of Principles for Gambling Act 2005 Policy.

The dates given below will set out the date the statement is due to be published, the date the statement will have effect and the where the statement can be viewed.
