Capel Neighbourhood Plan
A Referendum will be held on Thursday 5 September 2024 to decide on the question below:
"Do you want Tunbridge Wells Borough Council to use the Neighbourhood Plan for Capel to help it decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area?"
Applications to register to vote or to vote by post or proxy should be made to William Benson, Electoral Registration Officer at Tunbridge Wells Borough Council, Town Hall, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN1 1RS based on the deadlines set out below:

| Application for a Voter Authority Certificate (VAC) | 5pm on Wednesday 28 August 2024 |
| Application for an emergency proxy vote | 5pm on Thursday 5 September 2024 |
The main issue of postal votes will commence on Wednesday 21 August 2024.
