Leisure Facilities Diagnostic Review
This Strategic Outcomes Planning Guidance (SOPG) was commissioned by Sport England and Tunbridge Wells Borough Council (TWBC).
It provides a position statement to illustrate where the Council is in the process of thinking about, and planning for, physical activity and leisure provision over the next 5-10 years. The conclusions reflect the directions of the Local in considering options for future leisure and physical activity provision in the Borough, including active travel and making even more of our outdoor environment
