Report a business waste problem
You can use this service to report a problem with the way a business is handling or disposing of waste.
Before you start
Businesses have a legal responsibility to dispose of waste in the right way.
That means every business needs to:
- hold a contract with a registered waste carrier (check whether a carrier is registered)
- store waste in a safe and secure way
- complete a waste transfer notice whenever waste leaves the premises
Businesses have more responsibilities if they're dealing with hazardous waste.
