The Tunbridge Wells Development Plan
Along with the Adopted Borough Local Plan, the Tunbridge Wells Development Plan includes the Kent Minerals and Waste Local Plan 2024-2039 and Made Neighbourhood Plans.
Relevant policies within all of these will be taken into account in the assessment of planning applications and guiding development.
