Validation of planning applications

Early in January 2022 the TWBC Head of Planning has written to developers, architects and planning agents explaining that a number of officers in the Council’s Technical Team have progressed to become Planning Officers, and that for the period whilst these officers are replaced, there may be some delays in assessing planning applications to see whether they contain all the necessary plans, information and fee. The letter explains that updates will be provided to this webpage during January to March 2022 on this point.

On 17 May 2022 TWBC Planning Services is assessing (for their validity) applications received on 05 May 2022.
