REMINDER - Local Plan Review - Call for Sites - EXTENDED
The Council is beginning a review of the Tunbridge Wells Borough Local Plan setting the framework for how the borough will grow and prosper over the coming years. The Local Plan Review will cover the period 2029 - 2044.
As part of the Local Plan Review, we are running a Call for Sites which started on 11 May and has been extended until midnight on 28 September 2026.
This is an opportunity for landowners, businesses, residents and other interested parties to put forward land for consideration as part of the Borough Local Plan Review. This could include land for new housing, employment, community, leisure, green open space and other uses.
Submitted sites shall be assessed for suitability, availability and deliverability.
