Leisure centres under new management from July 2026
From 1 July 2026, our leisure centres will be managed by Serco Leisure, working in partnership with Leisure Solutions Community Trust (LSCT).
All three centres in Cranbrook, Paddock Wood and Tunbridge Wells will operate under Serco Leisure’s customer-facing MORE Leisure brand.
An £8 million investment programme over the seven-year lease, funded by the Council and Serco Leisure is planned to enhance facilities across the sites. This will begin with around £750,000 of improvements, including upgrades to gym equipment and the introduction of Lynxight technology in the swimming pools. This AI powered technology supports lifeguards by providing rapid response notifications via a smart watch, giving swimmers an extra level of safety and reassurance.
