The delays caused by the poor weather are still having an impact on some collections.

Garden waste collections

The garden waste collection service was suspended in the week commencing 8 February, therefore for collections in the week commencing 22 February, our team will collect up to three extra sacks of garden waste if your garden waste bin is full. Please place these extra sacks next to your black garden waste bin on your collection day.

If your black garden waste bin is still out for collection, please bring it in and put it back out by 7am on your normal collection day in the week commencing 22 February.

Waste and recycling collections

We are aware that there are still some properties with outstanding waste and recycling collections.

If your waste collection (green bin) was missed during the week commencing 8 February, we will collect up to three extra sacks placed alongside your green bin on your next collection day.

Any recycling missed from Monday 8 to Friday 12 February will be collected with your scheduled collection during the week commencing 22 February. We will take extra side waste if it is left contained next to your brown bin and green box on your next recycling collection day.
