The Citizens Advice service helps people resolve their legal, money and other problems by providing free, independent and confidential advice, and by influencing policymakers.

Supporting people to live healthier lifestyles by appointment only.

Hi-Kent

Free maintenance and batteries for your NHS hearing aid, plus advice about helpful equipment.

Kent Supported Employment

Kent Supported Employment ensures disadvantaged people are proportionately represented in the workforce. Ongoing support tailored to individual need by appointment only.

Kent County Council

Including school transport, bus passes, basic education enquiries, public rights of way reporting, Highways reporting, birth and death registration bookings, assistance with blue badge applications, assistance with KSAS applications and social service referrals.

Sensory Services

Information, assessment and support for all deaf people, including British Sign Language users.

West Kent ILS

A drop in service for adults with learning disabilities (appointments not necessary). Offering help with applying for benefits, filling out forms, correspondence, signposting to other agencies, emotional support, phone calls, housing issues.
