  1. Forms of nomination for Borough Elections may be obtained from the Returning Officer at Town Hall, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN1 1RS who will, at the request of an elector for any electoral area prepare a nomination paper for signature.
  2. Nomination papers must be delivered to the Returning Officer, Town Hall, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN1 1RS on any day after the date of this notice between 10am and 4pm but no later than 4pm on Friday 3 October 2025.
  3. If any election is contested the poll will take place on Thursday 30 October 2025.
  4. Applications to register to vote must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Town Hall, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN1 1RS by 12 midnight on Tuesday 14 October 2025. Applications can be made online at www.gov.uk/register-to-vote (opens in a new window).
  5. Applications, amendments or cancellations of postal votes and amendments or cancellations of proxy votes must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Town Hall, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN1 1RS by 5pm on Wednesday 15 October 2025. Applications can be made online at www.gov.uk/apply-postal-vote (opens in a new window).
  6. New applications to vote by proxy at this election must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Town Hall, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN1 1RS by 5pm on Wednesday 22 October 2025. Applications can be made online at www.gov.uk/apply-proxy-vote (opens in a new window).
  7. Applications for a Voter Authority Certificate or an Anonymous Elector's Document valid for this election must reach the Electoral Registration Officer by 5pm on Wednesday 22 October 2025.   8. Applications to vote by emergency proxy at this election must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Town Hall, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN1 1RS by 5pm on Thursday 30 October 2025.
