  1. Forms of nomination for Borough Elections may be obtained from the Returning Officer at Town Hall, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN1 1RS who will, at the request of an elector for any electoral area prepare a nomination paper for signature.
  2. Nomination papers must be delivered to the Returning Officer, Town Hall, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN1 1RS on any day after the date of this notice between 10 am and 4 pm but no later than 4 pm on Wednesday, 2nd April 2025.
  3. If any election is contested the poll will take place on Thursday, 1st May 2025.
  4. Applications to register to vote must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Town Hall, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN1 1RS by 12 midnight on Friday 11th April 2025. Applications can be made online at www.gov.uk/register-to-vote (opens in a new window).
  5. Applications, amendments or cancellations of postal votes and amendments or cancellations of proxy votes must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Town Hall, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN1 1RS by 5 pm on Monday, 14th April 2025. Applications can be made online at www.gov.uk/apply-postal-vote (opens in a new window).
  6. New applications to vote by proxy at this election must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Town Hall, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN1 1RS by 5 pm Wednesday, 23rd April 2025. Applications can be made online at www.gov.uk/apply-proxy-vote (opens in a new window).
  7. Applications for a Voter Authority Certificate or an Anonymous Elector's Document valid for this election must reach the Electoral Registration Officer by 5 pm on Wednesday, 23rd April 2025.   8. Applications to vote by emergency proxy at this election must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Town Hall, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN1 1RS by 5 pm on Thursday, 1st May 2025.
