Royal Tunbridge Wells Town Council has been agreed

At its meeting on 15 July 2026, Tunbridge Wells Borough Council unanimously agreed to establish a new town council for the unparished area of Royal Tunbridge Wells. The town council will now be established to go live on 1 April 2027, with elections for new town councillors held in May 2027.
