When You Arrive:

• Register your stay at the pay point (check in or pre-pay) or use RingGo.

RingGo:

• Pay by card using the RingGo app or call 01892 887 868.
• Use location code:
  • 28512 for short stay on levels 1-8
  • 28513 for long stay on levels 8a and 9

Pay points:

• Enter your car’s registration number at the pay point.
• Choose check in or pre-pay. You don’t need to display a ticket.
• Pay Points accept debit/credit cards (Mastercard and Visa) and contactless payments like Apple Pay & Google Pay.
• If your payment doesn’t go through, try again or use a different card.

Check in check out:

• Check in with your vehicle registration and payment card.
• Only one car per card transaction.
• When you return, just tap or insert the same card to check out.
• Your card will show a pending amount equal to the all-day rate, when you check in.
• When you check out, you’ll only be charged for the hours used. The pending amount will clear from your account, this may take a few days depending on your bank.
• If you have trouble checking out, make sure you’re using the same card. If problems continue, contact the Parking Team for help.

Pre-pay:

• Pay for your parking in advance using a card.
• No need to display a ticket or check out.

Lifts

The car park lifts are conveniently situated within the shopping centre and are accessible during operational hours.

You can find the lifts at the WHSmith and Fenwick ends of the centre.

Public toilets

Accessible toilets are available in the Food Court, Five Ways and Meadow Road.

There are also toilet facilities available in Fenwick and M&S.

Blue Badge holders

Blue Badge holders park for free with no time limitation. A valid Blue Badge must be clearly displayed. You do not need to register your stay at a Pay Point. Blue Badge parking bays are located on levels 4 and 6.

Motorcycles

Motorcycles can park for free in motorcycle bays, located on the ground level.

Parent and child bays

Parent and child bays are located on level 6.

Overnight parking

Vehicles can be parked overnight; however it is not possible to exit or enter the car park between 11pm and 7am.

Car park closed

Meadow Road car park is closed on Christmas Day, New Years Day and Easter Sunday.

Height restrictions

The height restriction is 6'8" (2.03m). If your vehicle exceeds the height restriction please contact us for advice. In most cases your vehicle can be accommodated in an alternative parking area.
