Gateway

Tunbridge Wells Gateway

Before visiting the Gateway please consider the reason for your visit and whether it could be completed over the phone or on our website to help reduce the risk of transmission of the virus and reinforce social distancing measures announced by the Government.

The majority of Council payments can be made online or over the phone and an increasing number of applications and service requests can be made on this website.

All Tunbridge Wells Borough Council services can be accessed through the Gateway.

You can also make cash, debit or credit card payments using our kiosk and access the internet free of charge.
