Empty homes

We have been working to reduce the number of empty homes in the borough for some time.  Bringing empty properties back into use can be a cost effective and sustainable way to increase the supply of housing and make best use of existing buildings to meet local needs, as well as reducing the demand for new homes, improving neighbourhoods, increasing access to housing and helping to improve the quality of life for our residents.
