We have produced various supporting documents to feed into the preparation of the new Local Plan. These include evidence studies on housing, the local economy, retail, leisure, the environment, transport and infrastructure.

Topic papers and other evidence studies relating to the preparation of the Draft Local Plan (Regulation 18) are available to view under the topic headings below.

We have also prepared an Equalities Impact Assessment and an Interim Duty to Cooperate Statement.
