The new service includes a weekly food waste collection and an opt-in garden waste service.

The new recycling service means residents will be able to recycle more from home including glass bottles and jars, textiles, batteries and small electricals as well as plastics, tins and cardboard.

You can find out more about the new service on our waste website including FAQs and online tools to check your collection dates and the status of your black garden waste bin delivery, if you've opted in.
