Active Living

Exercise isn’t always about short lived grand gestures.

Did you know that walking briskly for just 10 continuous minutes’ counts as exercise? It's easier than you think to fit into your day!

Exercise doesn’t have to be expensive or time consuming.

We can even download a free app for you to measure your activity and motivate yourself.

We are very lucky to have a UK Athletics Running Coach offer to run free beginners running workshops and a 0 -30 minute beginners  session a week.

If you want to try running but don’t know when to start now is the perfect time to get a bit of extra support. For more information please Contact Joe at https://groups.runtogether.co.uk/RTWrunners/Runs for more information.
