Your Council Tax Bill 2019/20

Council Tax Bill 2019/20

Thank you for choosing to receive your Council Tax bill by e-mail. A copy of your bill is attached, so you won't be sent a paper version.

Every e-mail we send saves money on paper, printing and postage costs, giving value for money for the Council Tax you pay, as well as helping the environment.

Ten pence in every pound of Council Tax you pay funds the essential services you expect from Tunbridge Wells Borough Council, like rubbish collection, environmental health or planning services. It also helps provide the things that make life a little better, such as parks, the theatre, the museum and leisure centres.

We think it's better to spend the money on these services, rather than posting out bills. If you think so too, why not tell your neighbours to visit www.tunbridgewells.gov.uk/paperless and sign up?

Find out what your Council Tax pays for.

If you don't already pay by Direct Debit you can set one up securely online or you can make your payment safely and securely through our online payment portal.

Your bill provides information about what to do if you think it is wrong, or if you think you'll have difficulty paying. You will need Adobe Reader to view your bill abd you can download the software from www.adobe.com/uk/products/reader.html
