Hackney carriage and private hire licencing policy consultation

Tunbridge Wells Borough Council is pleased to present its draft hackney carriage and private hire licensing policy 2020/25.

You are invited to read the draft policy and feedback any comments you wish to make, so that they can be taken into consideration at the Licensing Committee, scheduled for 8 September 2020 for inclusion in the final draft and becomes policy.

Comments are invited on this draft policy until Friday 7 August 2020, and can be made using our online feedback form.

Once the Licensing Committee has approved the policy, copies may be downloaded via our website or on request a hard copy can be sent.
